Faster than a standard 10/100 cable connection Wireless-N is the way to go. The traditional Wireless-G only goes up to 54Mbps. While the N-Draft Wireless can go up 270Mbps. I have personally gotten the USB card in this review to go between 108Mbps and 135Mbps. By tweaking the router I have gotten a steady 135Mbps. In the video below I will show what you need to speed up your wireless connection to make transfer rates higher than that of a wired network.
I also posted links below to where you can get the router, the wireless USB adapter and pricing. By the way the Wireless USB adapter is great for the ACER X1200 Computer which does not have any PCI ports on board.
Belkin F5D8053 – Wireless-N USB 2.0 Adapter
First I want to tell you that this card has a great price for about $60 and works very well with your desktop computer since it has a stand, and works good on your laptop. On the laptop it does stick out a bit so that is the only complaint I have. The speed when connected to a Wireless N router is awesome. as you can see in the image below. Faster than a traditional wired 10/100 network.
