I just purchased an Epson Workforce 610 all-in-one. I installed the software, however, I am having several problems. I was wondering if you could provide your expertise?
Upon computer startup, a pop-up appears mentioning “EEvent Manager Application has stopped working…A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.” Also, another message when I try to open the event manager occurs “EProjManager Application has stopped working.” And finally, when I click on the Epson Scan icon on the desktop “EPSON Scan has stopped working” appears. I just bought the printer and was hoping for some suggestions. I am running this printer on wireless, and operating on Windows Vista. I was wondering if you have any suggestions Please email.
